If you check out the daily meal plan for most school-aged wrestlers
you might be shocked. There are a lot of misconceptions about food and more specifically, ENERGY.
Many wrestlers cut weight through severe methods that involve starving the body of valuable nutrients and then making up for it by consuming 'energy drinks'. I don't like energy drinks for wrestlers that I work with.
