We are keeping up with Open Mats and Nationals Preparation for off-season training here. If you have more open dates, please post a comment and let us know When, Where, and Who can participate. If your club has a webpage please also include the link for more information and whether or not a USA Wrestling or AAU Membership is required. Be sure to keep us updated!
Open mats
- Woodford County - Monday and Wednesday at 6 pm (Times may change)
USA Wrestling Membership required - Five Star Wrestling Club (Lexington, KY)
Tuesday and Thursday 5:30pm at Fayette County Board of Education Central Office
Five Star Wrestling Club USA Wrestling Membership required

Nationals Preparation
- Avery Zerkle Nationals Preparation
All sessions will be on Sundays from 4:00-6:00pm (Springboro, OH)
March 2nd , March 9th, March 16th, March 23rd
Cost: $200 - Training each Saturday at Gray MS (Ryle) from 10-12 and 2-4 ish in March - Contact mono y mono
Signups: Signup during any scheduled practice.
Cost? The cost is $30.00 which includes USA WRESTLING Membership, Are you already a USA Wrestling member? Join the club for $5.00. Kindergarten through 12th grade. Club will be split into age groups to give proper instruction. Located at Iroquois High School
Practice time and dates? 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM Monday and 5:00pm to 7:00pm Wednesdays and Thursdays. Starting March 17th through End of July.
