Here’s and interesting article I found today. Am I the only one who fails to see any relevancy between being a “wrestling standout” and a cold blooded murderer? How does the associated press get away with posting this junk! Somehow it MUST be relevant that he was a high school and community college stand out… otherwise, why say it at all?
Here’s the article:
The Associated Press
MODESTO, Calif.—A former college wrestling standout has pleaded guilty to stabbing to death his mother, sister and brother-in-law and trying to kill his nephew.
Jesse Frost of Stanislaus County entered the plea Thursday as part of a deal that would spare him the death penalty. Instead he will serve three consecutive life sentences and agree never to ask for a pardon or clemency.
Frost read a statement in court Thursday admitting he stabbed his family members in February “after some consideration.”
His 18-year-old nephew survived the attack, and three children in the Riverbank home at the time were uninjured.
A motive never was established, and the 39-year-old Frost, a former heavyweight wrestler in high school and community college, has declined to offer one.
